pork sinigang with gabi and cabbage

*boil your meat until tender...
*add in your fresh tomatoes...
*add sliced onions... allow to boil... simmer...
*squish your tomatoes on the side of the pot to release the juices... salt and pepper to taste...
*add your sinigang sampaloc mix to desired taste...
*add in your gabi (san fernando)
*allow to boil... when the gabi is tender... squish in some of it to thicken the sauce...
*when about done... add in chili fingers... allow to simmer...
*when about done... top your cabbage... remove from heat... SERVE HOT!
