creamy tuna alfredo sauce with cauliflower florets, asparagus and bell pepper pasta

*prepare your ingredients... cauliflower, asparagus, green bell pepper, red bell pepper (not in the picture), cheese (not in the picture), tuna flakes in vegetable oil, carbonara pasta sauce (in pack or you can make it from bechamel/scratch)...
*cut your asparagus in half an inch or so...
*tear your cauliflower into florets...
*blanch your veggies for a minute or so...
*cold shock your veggies to prevent from cooking any further...
*dice your bell peppers...
*set aside the asparagus tops, couple of cauliflower florets, few pieces of red and green bell peppers for toppings...
*olive oil...
*saute your peppers...
*add your blanched cauliflower florets and asparagus... add a pinch of salt to bring out the vegetable juices...
*add in your tuna...
*cracked black pepper to taste...
*add in your white sauce...
*add grated cheese...
*topped on your pasta... sprinkle in dried basil leaves...
