*prepare your dressing... 1/4 cup soy sauce... 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar... 2 tablespoon sesame oil... 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (or depends on your spicy meter)... pinch of sesame seeds... mix them all together in a bowl...
*wash your lettuce and tear into bite size pieces with your hand... peel your green mango and cut into bite size pieces...
*drizzle your dressing... serve...
