*wash your starfruit (medium ripe)
*prepare your 1/4 kilo brown sugar and cinnamon powder...
*cut your starfruit into small slices...
*throw away the ends...
*add 1/2 cup water in a pan...
*add in 1/4 kilo brown sugar
*allow to dissolve... turn on low heat...
*stir in your starfruit
*sprinkle a dash of cinnamon...
*simmer in low heat... while stirring constantly...
*until the sauce is reduced...
*store in jars... refrigerate...
