Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise sauce

*eggyolks...
*squeeze in lemon juice...
*melt your butter...
*drop or two or worcestershire sauce...
*in a double broiler... egg yolk... lemon juice... add your melted butter 1 to 2 tablespoon at a time... while stirring constantly...
*worcestershire sauce... salt... pepper...
*set aside when thick in consistency...
*cook your bacon...
*to poach an egg... simmer 3 inches of water... add in a teaspoon of vinegar...
*drop in your egg... pick up with a slotted spatula...
*bread/English muffin... then fried bacon... then poached egg...
*cover with Hollandaise sauce... salt and pepper to taste...
STYLE (eat) AWAY!
