*prepare your ingredients... peaches in can or you can use fresh peaches if you have... raspberry apple yogurt, pistachio nuts, balsamic vinegar
*peel your pistachios...
*toast your pistachios in a pan to release the aroma...
*coarsely chop your pistachios...
*reduced your balsamic vinegar in a sauce pan... simmer until thick in consistency... leaving you with a sweet caramel infusion... set aside...
*remove syrup of your canned refrigerated peaches...
*cut into desired shape...
*put your raspberry apple yogurt into the peaches...
*topped with chopped toasted pistachios
*plate... drizzle with balsamic reduction... ENJOY!
