Champorado: chocolate rice porridge

*prepare all your ingredients... and toppings...
*allow your rice to boil... (glutinous or dinorado rice)... then stir constantly...
*meanwhile... prepare your coconut cream and coconut milk...
*pour in your coconut cream and coconut milk on your rice while stirring constantly... some preferred to put the coconut cream and milk near the end... works both ways...
*grate your tablea (chocolate block) or you can use powdered chocolate or liquid chocolate...
*sprinkle your chocolate powder on your rice mixture...
*add brown sugar to desired taste... add in a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor...
*pan fry your dried fish...
*cook your rice until soft...
*you may opt to put hard biscuits on top...
enjoy while still hot on a rainy day...
