*saute onion and garlic...
*add in cut veggies (string beans, eggplant, squash, okra)...
*salt and pepper...
*tuna flakes oil...
*cook until tender...
*NEW IN: add a pinch or two of turmeric powder... this add in a gingery taste... AND this increases metabolism so i heard...
*when veggies are tender... add in cooked zitti...
*chop hard boiled egg...
*cook some tinapa (smoked fish)...
*flake the tinapa...
*salt and pepper to taste...
enjoy HOT!
