*first lets cook sweetened banana (saba)...
*cook in water with sugar and cinnamon...
*set aside to cool or refrigerate...
*then lets cook spiced sweet potato...
*drizzle with EVOO... add in salt and pepper...
*add in heat...
*add granulated garlic and turmeric powder according to taste...
*set aside or refrigerate...
*iceberg lettuce...
*tomatoes... diced...
*diced cucumber...
*sweetened banana...
*spiced sweet potato...
*petals from different rose varieties...

*sprinkle rose petals on your salad...
*add in orange zest...
*and squeeze in orange juice...
