NOODLES: shredded chicken meat and liver miki and pansit canton noodles with broccoli, carrots, snow peas and dried wood mushrooms (tengang daga)...

*prepare your vej... snow peas...
*carrots... julienne...
*broccoli... cut into small florets...
*set aside your prepare vej...
*tengang daga... aka dried wood mushrooms...
*reconstitute it using the chicken stock with white onions from your chicken meat...
*once soft... drain water... cut into small pieces... set aside...
*with the remainder of the chicken stock... blanch your snow peas and brocolli florets...
*cold shock in cold water to maintain the color... reserve the chicken stock for later...
*cut your chicken livers into small pieces... i didn't quiet fancy the heart so i removed it...
*set aside...
*ready... saute onion and garlic in vej oil...
*shredded parboiled chicken meat...
*add in your pan...
*add salt and pepper on your chicken livers... add in your pan...
*stir fry...
*add in your reconstituted dried mushrooms...
*toss in your carrots...
*snow peas and broccoli with the rest of the white onions from your chicken stock...
*stir fry... season with salt and pepper...
*add in oyster sauce... approx 1 T...
*add in your soy sauce... according to taste... approx 2 T...
*stir fry...
*add in your chicken stock...
*simmer...
*add in you egg noodles... dried or fresh...
*also adding pancit canton...
*cover to simmer... until noodles are soft...
*finished with a drizzle of sesame oil... to give that Chinese touch...
