I ended up using only one whole...
mashed...
add in 2 cans of tuna flakes in hot and spicy oil... drained...
add in chopped white onions...
*chopped red and green bell peppers...
*cubed cheese...
*ground black pepper...
STYLE (eat healthy) AWAY!
