*cook fussili pasta according to package directions... set aside...
*cut veggies... squash, string beans, eggplant...
*saute with garlic and onion...
*add in water, salt and pepper... TIP: i added the brine/liquid from tuna can... cook until tender...
*top the pasta with the cooked veggies...
*cook tinapa in a pan with oil... flaked the cooked fish...
*top tinapa flakes on the pasta with veggies...
*better eaten hot...
