*wheat oat cracker... crushed... will serve as your bread crumb base...
*add in garlic powder...
*dried basil leaves...
*grated Parmesan cheese...
*chili flakes...
*mix... set aside...
*season your chicken strips with salt and pepper...
*dip on your scrambled egg...
*then to your bread crumb mix...
*pan fry on vegetable oil or any oil you fancy... or a healthier option is to put it in an oven...
*enjoy... i enjoy mine with my turmeric rice...
*i also have an egg on the side...
