*saute garlic and onion...
*add in your chopped red and green bell peppers...
*diced tomatoes....
*introducing STRAW mushrooms...
this is surprisingly good...

*add in your salt and pepper and garlic powder according to taste...
*for extra flavor... drizzle in sesame oil...
*add in grated carrots...
*my ultimate go to... canned tuna in vegetable oil regular and hot & spicy
*sprinkle some dried basil leaves...
*spaghetti sauce... italian and creamy tomato...
*add in your mashed pumpkin...
*add in brown sugar, salt and pepper according to desired taste...
*sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese...
*topped on your favorite pasta...
