Creamy Tomato Tuna with Zucchini and Mushroom Pasta

*prepare all your ingredients... fresh zuchinni... for this recipe i'll just use one medium size... clara ole bechamel and creamy tomato pasta sauce... button mushroom in can or you can use fresh if you have... 2 cans regular hot and spicy tuna in can...
*for the pasta... i opted for a healthier option... the one with malunggay and carrot bits... you can also use whole wheat pasta...
*dice your zuchinni...
*slice your button mushroom into half... or you can use the pieces and stem in can... i just love the chunkier option...
*saute your zucchini and mushrooms in olive oil or any oil (minimal amount, just enough to coat the bottom of the pan...
*add in your tuna in can... you can opt for the not spicy option...
*stir in... add salt and pepper to taste...
*put in your bechamel and creamy tomato sauce...
*add sugar to preferred taste...
*put on top of cooked pasta...
*sprinkle with Parmesan cheese...
