*barbeque sauce, onions and garlic...
*simmer... add salt, pepper, sugar, catsup, hot sauce... depending on your preference.... add water in between to prevent drying of liquid...
*when meet is soft... almost falling out of the bones... rest... ready for grilling...
*grill to desired effect...
*brush with simmering sauce... turning the meat in between...
*served with the simmering sauce with pork slices...
