chicken caldereta on steamed rice with onion leeks

*prepare all the ingredients...
*chicken with bone in...
*onion... garlic... vinegar... soy sauce... catsup... tomato sauce... salt and pepper... sorry i don't do measurements... haha...
*mix it all together...
*boil then simmer... add water as you go along...
*cut potatoes and carrots into cubes... and bell pepper into strips...
*when your chicken is halfway done... mix in carrots and potatoes... simmer...
*add in bell pepper near the end... simmer for a minute or two... SERVE!
*when your rice is almost done... mix in chopped onion leeks...
*LET'S EAT!
