Carrots + Cauliflower + Sausage in Bechamel Sauce

sorry i forgot to take photos of the raw ingredients... i'll get better at it in upcoming posts...
*blanched cauliflower florets and cubed carrots...
*saute diced sausage (or bacon/ham/any meat/mushroom) in EVOO until brown...
*add in blanched veggies... Saute... add salt and pepper to taste...
*add bechamel sauce (pre-packaged or make it from scratch)
*serve warm...
STYLE (eat healthy) AWAY!
