*prepare all the ingredients... preferably stored in the fridge... CHILLED!
*cut apples into cubes...
*mix in half a bottle of nata de coco without the syrup...
*pour in the mix berries yogurt... mix...
*i'm eating in the yogurt container to take all the yogurt goodies... yum! yum!
STYLE (eat healthy) AWAY!
