*stir fry
*hot and spicy tuna...
*add in green bell pepper
*white onion
*mix, set aside...
*cook your penne according to package direction
*topped with the stir fried kikiam and balls
*add in sauteed tuna
*add in cucumber
*and ripe tomato
*enjoy as is... OR...
*add in torn iceberg lettuce...
savory hearty salad...
