*red and green bell peppers... cut into strips...
*salt and pepper...
*sliced mushroom...
*slice drained canned squid...
*canned tuna in vegetable oil...
*carbonara sauce...
*small canned of evaporated milk...
*grated cheese...
*a pinch of ground nutmeg... it really makes a big difference on white sauces...
