*carbonara and creamy tomato pasta sauce...
*brown sugar to sweeten it a bit..
*add in grated parmesan cheese...
*cook parfalle and penne to directions...
*toss in diced carrots... the half of diced tomato and green bell pepper... on your cooked pasta...
*add in your pasta sauce...
*sprinkle grated parmesan...
