NEW IN: chopping up some vegetables and stacking up some fruits and other preserves and condiments then combining and mixing different flavors and textures...
PASTA: parfalle and penne pasta with carrots, green bellpepper and tomato on fresh wild mushroom, tuna and grated carrots sweet and spicy sauce...

*tomato... green bell pepper... carrot...

*diced...


*onion, garlic... half of the diced tomatoes and bell pepper...

*saute...

*fresh wild mushrooms...

*roughly chopped...

*saute...

*add in canned tuna...

*salt and pepper...

*grated carrots...


*carbonara and creamy tomato pasta sauce...


*brown sugar to sweeten it a bit..


*add in grated parmesan cheese...


*cook parfalle and penne to directions...


*toss in diced carrots... the half of diced tomato and green bell pepper... on your cooked pasta...


*add in your pasta sauce...

*sprinkle grated parmesan...
