CUISINE: fetuccinne alredo with left-over roasted chicken, brocolli and black fungus (jan 9, 2015)

fetuccinne alredo with left-over roasted chicken, brocolli and black fungus

*prepare your ingredients...


 *cook pasta to directions...


*when your pasta is about done... add in your broccoli...


*shred your left over (or newly) roasted chicken...

*reconstitute black fungus (aka tengang daga) in pasta water for 5 minutes... 

*saute chicken and mushroom in olive oil... 

*add in your ready made bechamel...

*add grated cheddar cheese... add salt and pepper to taste... 

*toss in pasta... 



STYLE (eat) AWAY!
