*cubed cucumbers
*cubed pears
*cubed ripe mangoes
*sweet corn kernels
*chopped cabbage
*torn lettuce
*mix them all oh so merrily...
*for the dressing: mayo
*add in couple of tablespoon of mango jam
*clear sweetened nata de coco
*mix
*top on salad
*mix
*add in some black sesame seeds...
serve chilled
