CUISINE: #HealthyFoodChoice: PASTA: CHOPSUEY PASTA: parfalle pasta with chicken liver, snow peas, cauliflower, tomato, bell peppers and quail eggs (july 5, 2015)

NEW IN: chopping up some vegetables and stacking up some fruits and other preserves and condiments then combining and mixing different flavors and textures...
PASTA: CHOPSUEY PASTA: parfalle pasta with chicken liver, snow peas, cauliflower, tomato, bell peppers and quail eggs...

*parboil your cauliflower head whole...


*parboil also your snowpeas...


*after a minute or two... cold shock them to stop the cooking process... cut the cauliflower into florets...

*cut your onions, garlic, red and green bell peppers...


*rough chop your chicken livers... sprinkle in salt...

*saute in vegetable oil... this is actually for double batch of recipe so i decided to set aside half and put it in the fridge for future recipe...

*on the same pan... saute onions and garlic...

*add in tomatoes...


*add in bell peppers...


*S&P to taste...


*add in your blanched snow peas and cauliflower florets...




*drizzle worcestershire sauce...

*boil your quail eggs for 5 minutes...

*cook your parfalle/bowtie pasta according to direction...


*top the sauteed chicken liver and veggies on cooked pasta... don't forget your hard boiled quail egg... sprinkle with garlic powder, parmesan cheese and chili pepper flakes according to your heart's desire...



*got meself... extra livers and veggies... refrigerate for future use...

this is so GOOD!
