NEW IN: chopping up some vegetables and stacking up some fruits and other preserves and condiments then combining and mixing different flavors and textures...
PASTA: tuna and pumpkin puree pasta with grated carrots, red and green bell peppers, fresh tomatoes and straw mushrooms...

*perfect pumpkin slice...


*boil the pumpkin... 


*until tender... drain... 

*mash... 


*saute garlic and onion... 

*add in your chopped red and green bell peppers... 




*diced tomatoes.... 


*introducing STRAW mushrooms... 
this is surprisingly good... 

*this is whole... so you need to slice this... 




*add in your salt and pepper and garlic powder according to taste... 


*for extra flavor... drizzle in sesame oil... 


*add in grated carrots... 

*my ultimate go to... canned tuna in vegetable oil regular and hot & spicy 



*sprinkle some dried basil leaves... 

*spaghetti sauce... italian and creamy tomato... 


*add in your mashed pumpkin... 


*add in brown sugar, salt and pepper according to desired taste... 

*sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese... 


*topped on your favorite pasta...
