*stir-fry ground beef with some taco seasoning, salt and pepper...

*cubed your white onions and cucumber




*fried day old rice... with some garlic margarine, salt and pepper...

*to make your shawarma dressing...
unflavored yogurt and some granulated garlic or grated fresh garlic...


*mix according to taste...





*assemble...
fried rice...

*stir-fried beef

*white onion...

*cucumber...
you can add tomatoes as well...

*mix with some salt and pepper


*add in your shawarma garlic yogurt...
and hot sauce for additional kick...
